Tove Maria Ryding is the Policy and Advocacy Manager for Tax Justice at the European Network on Debt and Development (Eurodad). Eurodad coordinates Tax Justice Europe (TJ-E), which is a European network of civil society organisations and trade unions working on tax matters, as well as the regional hub of the Global Alliance for Tax Justice (GATJ), where Tove is one of two elected representatives on behalf of Europe in the Global Coordinating Committee.

For the last decade, Tove has coordinated policy and advocacy campaign initiatives at the European and global levels focused on promoting a tax system that serves to reduce inequalities. She has engaged with key political processes around EU tax rules and the fight against international tax dodging. She has also been a member of several EU expert groups on taxation, including the Joint Transfer Pricing Forum (2015-2019) and currently the Platform on Tax Good Governance.

Furthermore, Tove is the author of a Proposal for a UN Convention on Tax, which was published by GATJ and Eurodad in 2022.
