Sophie Claessens is a Director in Amazon’s EU Public Policy team based in Brussels. She leads Amazon’s EU institutional and government engagement on EU Fiscal, Customs and Payment issues, in Brussels and across EU. Before joining Amazon, she worked for 18+ years as an indirect tax advisor with PwC, with a particular focus on telecoms, retail, e-commerce and digital industries. He holds a Master in Law and an Executive Master in Tax Law.
