On 28 November 2023, the meeting of the Customs Code Committee (General Customs Legislation Section) gave a positive opinion on the Commission Implementing Decision establishing the new UCC Work Programme (the 2023 revision). The Decision will now proceed to be adopted by the Commission in December, following which it will be published in the Official Journal. This new UCC Work Programme replaces the version in force since 2019.
