Commission publishes the second evaluation of the Directive on Administrative Cooperation (DAC)

The Commission welcomes the political agreement reached by EU Member States today within the Council to remove the 150 EUR customs duty relief threshold, transforming the way e-commerce goods are handled.

The European Commission has proposed a legislative amendment to strengthen cooperation between the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO), the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), and Member States to combat fraud.
