The CCCTB WG held its eigth meeting on 12 September 2006.
The agenda of the meeting was as follows:
- Adoption of the Agenda
- Report and discussion on progress of the sub-group on Taxable Income
- Report and discussion on progress of the sub-group on Group Taxation
- Discussion on the Working Document "Personal Scope of the CCCTB " (CCCTB/WB/40)
- Discussion on the Working Document "Dividends " (CCCTB/WP/42)
- Any other business.
Due to time constraint the discussion on the Working Document "Issues related to business reorganisations" has been postponed to the December meeting
Papers were also received from Mr Krister Andersson on behalf of the UNICE CCCTB task force on the Working Documents "Personal Scope of the CCCTB" and "Dividends"
