The EU-Colombia, Peru and Ecuador Trade Agreement has been provisionally applied with:
- Peru since 1 March 2013
- Colombia since 1 August 2013
- Ecuador since 1 January 2017
Rules of origin
Rules of origin for Colombia, Peru and Ecuador are set out in Annex II concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative cooperation, and in Appendixes 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4 and 5 to Annex II.
