Description
Carbon pricing and the role of Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanisms
We need to ensure that conversations around carbon pricing and carbon leakage, including CBAMs, take place in the most appropriate fora so that diverse and inclusive practices and situations, including from emerging markets that share our ambition, are taken into account. This side event will elaborate on the main issues around carbon leakage and the utility of carbon pricing mechanisms.
